I was involved in an accident, which totally changed my life. I have a little sight, am totally deaf in my left ear which has affected my balance and as I never do things simply, I also have spinal cord damage! I try not to let it affect me too much and have been away to Australia on my own to visit freinds. I have family and friends all over the world and do like going abroad so that works well. I used to ride a motor bike so was quite a confident person and just as my edges are a bit frayed the middle is the same. I have become a Christian since the accident and without the knowledge of Jesus' love, I could not cope, even though that sounds really naff and cheesy, even as I say it, its true.

I do enjoy talking to the kids about being disabled as it is something that cna happen to anyone. I do love the infants best as sometimes they ask such funny questions and are so cute.
